One of the sub-processors of onboard has background service failures which results in delayed display of incoming emails, email imports and scheduled outgoing emails. We are in contact with their technicians and are trying to find a quick solution.

The situation has no impact on the security of your data and you will be able to view all messages as normal once the issue has been resolved. All incoming messages will be displayed after the issue has been fixed. We apologise for the inconvenience.
